Frequently asked questions
Do I need any design skills?
No. Describe the idea in plain words and the AI creates the artwork; you pick a version and place it on the shirt. You can also upload your own JPEG or PNG (up to 12 MB).
Is the AI t-shirt designer free?
Creating an account is free and comes with 10 credits. That's up to five Medium-quality designs or ten Low-quality ones. After that you can top up from €10 for 100 credits or choose a monthly plan. The shirt itself is paid for at checkout.
Can I put text on my t-shirt?
Yes. Include the exact words in your prompt, in quotes, and use the Medium or High quality setting, which renders lettering much more clearly. Always read the preview carefully before you order.
How much is a custom AI t-shirt?
The Bella+Canvas 3001 tee costs €19.90 in sizes XS–XL, and €21.90–€25.90 for 2XL–4XL. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
Within the European Union only, including Ireland. Every order is made to order and shipped from Europe.
Can I return a custom t-shirt?
Because each shirt is made just for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
