What types of products can I design?
ImageN'You is a custom print-on-demand store. The full, current assortment lives on our Products page, grouped by category—typically apparel and accessories, home and wall art (posters, framed prints, and similar décor), drinkware, stickers, tech accessories, and more. Categories and items can change as we expand the catalog.

Can I create custom products, gifts, and phone cases?
Absolutely! You can easily design and order a wide variety of personalized items, including custom printed apparel, unique personalized gifts, and custom phone cases via our print-on-demand platform.

How long does it take to fulfill an order?
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor its progress.

What file formats can I upload for my designs?
Our design tools support JPEG and PNG uploads up to 12 MB per file. We enhance resolution for both AI-generated and uploaded images so your order is optimized for print. For large formats such as posters, start with the highest-resolution source you have.
Account & orders
Saving work and managing your purchases.
Can I save my designs and come back later?
Yes! If you create an account and are logged in, you can save your designs in progress. You'll be able to find them in your "My Saved Designs" section on your dashboard.
Returns & support
Custom orders, defects, and how we can help.
What is your return policy?
Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll do our best to make it right.
