Corduroy Hat

A corduroy cap with a soft, unstructured crown, not a stiff baseball hat. The Beechfield B682 is 100% cotton corduroy, with a cotton twill sweatband and an adjustable buckle at the back, so one size covers most heads.

The front panel is the design area. Embroidery is the default and usually the best result: a short word, initials, or a simple icon in one to three thread colours. A film print is available when the artwork has more colour than stitching can carry. Very thin lines and tiny text get lost in the rib of the corduroy, so keep the mark bold.
