Can I use my own art?
Yes! You can upload your own artwork. Our design tools support JPEG and PNG files up to 12 MB each. We enhance resolution for both AI-generated and uploaded images so your product is optimized for the best possible print quality.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
